Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to clients while supporting account managers and producers. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for commercial insurance clients, responding to inquiries and providing support
- Assist Account Managers in preparing quotes, proposals, and policy documents
- Process policy changes and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to obtain necessary information and documents
- Maintain client files and documentation in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling of insurance products and services
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A current Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $40K-$50K (based on experience)
