Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to clients while supporting account managers and producers. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for commercial insurance clients, responding to inquiries and providing support
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing quotes, proposals, and policy documents
  • Process policy changes and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to obtain necessary information and documents
  • Maintain client files and documentation in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations
  • Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling of insurance products and services

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • A current Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain

Compensation Package:

  • Compensation: Between $40K-$50K (based on experience)
