Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CL CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CL CSR) to join a small, family-run agency. This role is integral to the focus on client retention and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a mix of service and sales responsibilities. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
- Commissions:
- New Business: 45%
- Renewals: 20%

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium commercial accounts, including government contracts, technology, contractors, main street businesses, and non-profits.
- Handle both new and renewal business quoting, with account sizes averaging $35,000 - $50,000.
- Balance daily responsibilities with 85% service and 15% sales, including warm leads and organic sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize QQ Catalyst software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Proficiency in using QQ Catalyst or similar insurance software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
