Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and services
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts effectively
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success (e.g., $60,000-$70,000 in annual revenue or more)
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
