Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Starting at $60,000 per year, with flexibility based on experience.

  • Travel: Occasional travel for client meetings, though most interactions are currently virtual.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage warm leads provided by the organization to generate new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue additional leads to expand the client base.
  • Write new business policies for small commercial lines, primarily serving medical offices.
  • Focus on various insurance products, including workers' compensation, property, EPLI, cyber, and general liability.
  • Collaborate with service representatives who manage client retention and existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Skills: Strong sales mentality with the ability to be aggressive and proactive in pursuing new opportunities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed, though most interactions are currently virtual.
