Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative team. This role is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to work with a supportive group of professionals in a well-established agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small commercial accounts, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement.

Compensation Package

  • Hourly Rate: $24-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a book of commercial lines accounts.
  • Handle small commercial accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain quotes.
  • Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if needed).
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Must hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
  • Experience:
    • Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
    • Preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience (higher compensation offered).
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment.
    • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not mandatory (training available).
