Commercial Lines Account Executive (AE)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (AE) to join a team. This role offers a unique opportunity to inherit a large and established book of business, valued at approximately $650,000 in revenue and $6.5M in premium. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship management and servicing, with no new business goals or renewal commissions required.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 (targeting $70,000)

Responsibilities
- Provide full A–Z servicing of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Independently manage a portion of the book of business (house accounts)
- Support producers with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
- Handle both new and renewal business quoting
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and streamline workflows
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 5–10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency
- Account Expertise: Experience with small to mid-market commercial lines accounts across various industries (excluding transportation)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software or similar agency management systems
- Location: Ability to commute to the Eau Claire office preferred; remote candidates must reside in the Midwest, ideally Wisconsin
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, exceptional relationship management skills, and a client-focused mindset
