Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) or Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a team. This role involves managing mid to large-sized accounts across various industries, including construction, oil and gas, and energy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling accounts from start to finish, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Bonuses: Two annual bonuses:
- Holiday bonus: 2.5% of earnings.
- Spring bonus: Discretionary, with a branch-wide potential of up to 16% (historically averaging 11.5%).

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid to large-sized commercial accounts across various industries, including construction, oil and gas, and energy.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including servicing, certificates, marketing, quoting new and renewal business, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with producers to provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize Epic software for account management (training provided if necessary).
- Work in a hybrid environment, with three days remote work and two days in-office.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Proven ability to manage commercial accounts from inception to completion. Preferred candidates will have significant experience in a similar role.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a plus, but training will be provided.
