Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is integral to the organization, focusing on managing mid-market accounts, handling renewals, cross-selling, and providing exceptional service to the valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, including hotels, contractors, generalists, and a large manufacturing client.
Handle account renewals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients.
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to meet client needs and expand business opportunities.
Provide personalized service to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage "house accounts" and guide clients through the renewal process.
Collaborate with carriers such as Westfield, Travelers, CNA, Western Reserve, and Liberty Mutual.
Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive handling renewals. Preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
