Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting the Client Executives in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days in-office per week, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal needs.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $165,000 - $220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage existing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing special needs or requests.
- Collaborate with Client Executives/Producers to secure new accounts and drive business growth.
- Communicate with clients regarding claims, coverages, and proposals for renewals and new business.
- Prepare and deliver targeted presentations on products and services, both in-person and virtually.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, managing marketing processes for new business and select renewals as needed.
- Provide risk management information to clients, including advice on current and potential coverages.
- Develop and manage programs for large deductibles, loss-sensitive accounts, captives, and layered programs.
- Act as a liaison between Client Executives/Producers and other team members to ensure client service standards are met.
- Network within the industry and stay informed about competitors.
- Handle client-requested projects and provide support for complex contract reviews.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance account support and/or sales roles, with a strong understanding of placement processes.
- Experience with construction accounts, loss-sensitive programs, and layered programs is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
- Georgia Insurance License is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to change, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-facing experience with a focus on building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10%) for client meetings.
