Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of middle to large market commercial lines accounts, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strong technical expertise, and the ability to handle all aspects of servicing a book of business independently.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000.
  • Provide full-service account management, including renewal preparation, marketing, client presentations, endorsements, and certificates.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including producers and marketing managers, to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in middle market commercial lines account management; 15+ years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
