Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office, and offers a competitive compensation package.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
- Utilize agency management software (Applied/Epic or similar) to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of Commercial Account Management experience required.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and insurance.
