Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM) or Account Executive (AE) to join a team. This role is integral to the organization, supporting the commercial insurance operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing client accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range:
- Account Manager: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with additional quarterly bonuses on retention and yearly bonuses on new business (total compensation potential: $90,000 - $100,000).
- Account Executive: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, with additional bonuses.
- Benefits:

- 401(k) plan with long-term incentives, including full vesting after 10 years and 100% of book bonus after 15 years.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including generalist, construction, manufacturing, and real estate clients.
- Handle accounts ranging from middle market to $1.5 million in revenue.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver exceptional client service.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in team events and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
