Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM) or Account Executive (AE) to join a team. This role is integral to the organization, supporting the commercial insurance operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing client accounts.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range:
    • Account Manager: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with additional quarterly bonuses on retention and yearly bonuses on new business (total compensation potential: $90,000 - $100,000).
    • Account Executive: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, with additional bonuses.
  • Benefits:
    • Comprehensive health insurance with 80-90% of premiums covered by the company.
    • 401(k) plan with long-term incentives, including full vesting after 10 years and 100% of book bonus after 15 years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including generalist, construction, manufacturing, and real estate clients.
  • Handle accounts ranging from middle market to $1.5 million in revenue.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in team events and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
