Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of business insurance accounts with premiums ranging from $150,000 to $1,000,000.
• Handle day-to-day account servicing, including marketing renewals and preparing proposals.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations such as CRIS are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $150,000 or more.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is preferred.
• Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
