P&C Sales Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and goal-oriented P&C Sales Producer to drive new business opportunities and manage renewals within the property and casualty sector. The ideal candidate will have experience generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the property and casualty market.
- Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and close new accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Manage policy renewals and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and coverage needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS 360.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience from quoting through policy issuance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License required.
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
- Experience using AMS 360 preferred.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50K–$80K (depending on experience).
