Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and friendly team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
- Health Insurance: 90% employer-paid
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 in premium, totaling approximately $350,000 in revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in industries such as manufacturing, retail, restaurants, real estate, and construction
- Handle standard servicing responsibilities, including policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with the marketing team for quoting new and renewal business
- Utilize agency management systems (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in commercial lines account management
- Technical Skills: Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred)
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Location: Must be local and able to work in-office for 2 days per week
