Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will play a key role in managing a diverse book of business and contributing to the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service and business development.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including accounts in industries such as environmental, transportation, trucking, contractors, restaurants, retail, and more.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including servicing renewals, quoting, and client communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
- Utilize agency management software to manage client accounts and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Work Environment: This is a fully in-office position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
