Commercial Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking two experienced and dedicated Commercial Account Managers to join a professional and family-oriented team. Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, with potential for promotion to $130,000 - $140,000 based on performance and experience.
- 100% employer-paid health insurance.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Handle new business referrals and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system (AMS).
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial account management within the insurance industry.
- Strong familiarity with insurance carriers and their products.
- Experience with an Agency Management System (AMS) is preferred; however, training will be provided if necessary.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional designations and licenses are a plus (all costs covered by the company).
