Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to middle market, with occasional large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
  • New Business Commission: 20% split for new business
  • 401(k): 4% company match

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end servicing of a generalist book of business, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial insurance policies
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients (not a sales-focused role)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is required
  • Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
