Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to middle market, with occasional large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
- New Business Commission: 20% split for new business
- 401(k): 4% company match

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end servicing of a generalist book of business, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial insurance policies
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients (not a sales-focused role)
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in EPIC software is required
- Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
