Job Summary

An opportunity is available for a professional to contribute to a growing team in an office-based role located in Mount Vernon or Stanwood. The position involves working within a collaborative environment, supporting a team of three other professionals, and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including nonprofits, churches, and manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience and a Property & Casualty (P&C) license or those willing to obtain one.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of business with a premium value of $2 million, assigned to one producer.
  • Handle generalist accounts, including nonprofits, churches, and manufacturing clients.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; open to candidates from outside the industry.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; support provided for obtaining the license if necessary.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment in Mount Vernon or Stanwood.
  • Willingness to undergo assessments, background checks, and credit checks as part of the hiring process.

  • The role is fully office-based with no travel requirements.
  • A structured three-part interview process will include meetings with management and team members, with one interview conducted in person.
