Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of commercial accounts, ranging from small to large businesses across industries such as restaurants and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse accounts, a commitment to excellence, and a collaborative mindset. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 annually, with potential for up to $100,000 for exceptional candidates.
  • 401(k): 3% employer match.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and market new and renewal business accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Handle a variety of commercial accounts, including small to large businesses across multiple industries.
  • Delegate processing and certifications to the Assistant Account Manager, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Quote new and renewal business (approximately 40% new, 60% renewal, depending on the month).
  • Collaborate with producers and team members to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
  • Occasionally meet with clients in-state as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a variety of commercial accounts. Candidates with specialization in one industry will be considered if they are willing to learn and adapt.
  • Software: Familiarity with AMS 360 is preferred but not required.
