Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a local agency. The successful candidate will manage a variety of generalist commercial lines accounts, working closely with producers to provide exceptional service and support.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small to middle-market commercial lines accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and account rounding.
- Collaborate with 1-3 producers to support their book of business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts (training provided if necessary).
- Attend in-office meetings and events as required (approximately four times per year).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred; candidates with up to 5 years of experience will be given priority.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS 360 software is a plus but not mandatory.
