Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, family-owned, and niche-focused insurance agency specializing in the security industry, including security guards, burglar alarms, and private investigators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch account management services.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (up to $95,000 for exceptional candidates who meet all qualifications)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive A-Z account management for a book of small to middle-market commercial accounts, including security guards, security alarm accounts, and contractors.
- Handle customer service inquiries, including inbound calls from insured clients regarding questions, renewals, and applications.
- Market accounts to various carriers and ensure smooth processing of renewals and new business.
- Collaborate with the certificate department and external processing resources for backend support.
- Manage approximately 30-40 renewals per month.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines insurance, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in handling contractors and surplus lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
