Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to the clients and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • 401(k): Employer match of 4%

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, handling all aspects of servicing from A-Z.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management (2-5 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive and driven approach to work, with a focus on delivering results.
