Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- 401(k): Employer match of 4%

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, handling all aspects of servicing from A-Z.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management (2-5 years preferred).
- Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and driven approach to work, with a focus on delivering results.
