Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business, working on accounts ranging from $500 BOP to $1M policies. As a true generalist, you will handle all aspects of commercial lines insurance, from quoting new and renewal business to providing exceptional service to a valued clients. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000+ (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business with premiums ranging from $3M+
- Handle all aspects of commercial lines insurance, including quoting, binding, and servicing policies
- Work on a variety of accounts, from small $500 BOP policies to $1M policies
- Balance a workload of new and renewal business (approximately 50/50 split)
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with team members in an open, supportive environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a book of business with $3M+ in premium
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a collaborative culture
- Preference for candidates who can work fully in-office or on a hybrid schedule (3:2); remote candidates will be considered if exceptionally qualified
