Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, servicing accounts from start to finish, and cross-selling additional lines of business to existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business, including accounts in construction, contracting, and other industries
  • Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
  • Protect the best interests of clients and partners by delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
