Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage client accounts, including renewals, coverage adjustments, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Oversee the organization and execution of annual renewals, ensuring timely and thorough policy reviews.
  • Lead and manage team workloads by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including producers and sales, to address complex client challenges and drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to identify and resolve root issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and internal processes to provide clients with the best possible service.
  • Mitigate agency errors and omissions (E&O) through clear and direct communication on products and coverages.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Strong ability to manage workloads, delegate tasks, and provide oversight to ensure high standards are met.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-centered approach.
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with an intuitive understanding of client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software (experience with Applied Epic preferred).
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to anticipate challenges.
  • Deep knowledge of coverages, products, and industry trends in the marketplace.
