Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, serving as their main point of contact for all insurance-related matters
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate the best terms and conditions for clients
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance products to provide knowledgeable advice to clients
• Handle account renewals, endorsements, and claims in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous commercial lines experience is preferred
• Familiarity with commercial insurance products, coverages, and carriers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience using Applied EPIC is preferred
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
