Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job description
Job Summary:
Seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a book of approximately 5 million in size, handling daily servicing, cross-selling, and upselling, with a focus on customer service and retention. This position will report to the Lead Producer and will be based in our office.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
- Commission split off of new business
- 100% health, dental, and life benefits
- 401K without match
- Fully in-office position, with potential for hybrid work in the future
- No travel involved at this time
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of approximately 5 million in size
- Daily servicing, cross-selling, and upselling
- Handling 80% renewal and 20% new business
- Utilize software such as EZLynx, Agency Zoom (CRM), and AMS 360
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Commercial Account management experience
- P&C license
- Organized, motivated, and customer service-oriented
