Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

A professional opportunity is available for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts. This role involves independently servicing a book of business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and service a portfolio of client accounts across various industries and account sizes.
• Handle both new and renewal business quotes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to discuss account updates and address concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of independence.
• Familiarity with quoting processes for both new and renewal business.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Availability for occasional travel to meet with local clients.
