Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
- 401(k)

- Work Environment: Fully on-site in Arvada, CO
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including accounts from small to large businesses.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, renewals, and new business.
- Provide expertise in property and construction insurance, including general liability and related forms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by navigating coverage options and discussing renewal strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests with a strong sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to achieve client satisfaction and agency growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of agency account management experience, preferably with a generalist book of business.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to articulate coverage options effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities.
