Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from $35,000 to $550,000, with a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This is an onsite position with potential for hybrid work arrangements in the future.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, with potential for commission based on new business contributions.
- 401(k): 5% full match.
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 2 weeks to start, increasing to 3 weeks in the second year.
- Flexible options available, including spreading out paychecks for an additional week off.

- Work Arrangement: Onsite in East Liverpool, OH, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, with an average account size of $50,000.
- Handle both new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals.
- Collaborate with producers to review and quote policies.
- Work with carriers such as Liberty, Nationwide, Erie, Auto Owners, Grange, and Philadelphia.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in industries such as retail, construction, real estate development, and contracting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years in commercial insurance preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit.
- Familiarity with Hawksoft software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Soft Skills:
