Location: Hybrid (Onsite with 1 remote day/week after training)
Salary: Up to $100,000/year
Start Date: Early August (flexible based on candidate availability)

About the Role:
Our client, a reputable and growing insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team during a pivotal time of departmental restructuring. This is a great opportunity for a skilled generalist who’s comfortable managing a diverse book of business and can hit the ground running.
You’ll be stepping into a reorganized department with a flexible client list tailored to your strengths, making this a highly personalized and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a range of commercial accounts, from small “mom-and-pop” BOPs to large startup and tech firms

Handle all aspects of servicing assigned accounts

Work closely with producers and clients to ensure retention and satisfaction

Navigate daily responsibilities using Epic (Applied Systems)
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management

Strong generalist experience – no specific niche required

Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-changing environment

Must be licensed in Property & Casualty

Proficiency in Epic is a must
