Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid) - Conshohocken, PA

Job Summary:

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients to provide insurance solutions that meet their needs. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting insurance options, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:
- Build strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular communication to understand their evolving insurance needs.
Insurance Solutions:
- Assess clients' risk exposures and recommend suitable insurance coverage options.
- Present insurance proposals to clients, explaining benefits and terms clearly.
Business Development:
- Identify potential clients through research and networking.
- Participate in presentations to showcase our insurance products.
Documentation:
- Maintain organized client records, including correspondence and policy documents.
- Generate reports for clients and internal teams as required.
Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate advice.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field (preferred).
P&C License (required)
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Insurance Agent) may be advantageous.
Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, account management, or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

Up to $75k plus benefits
