🔍 About the Role

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager  specializing in Transportation, you’ll support a substantial book of business ($25M+ in premium) alongside a dedicated team of 3 CSRs and 5 producers (including our owners). This is a client-facing role focused on renewals, servicing, underwriting, proposals, and remarketing.

🧾 Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage renewals for accounts ranging from $15K to $1M+ in premium

• Quote and remarket policies

• Provide expert-level servicing across:

  • General Liability

  • Auto

  • Workers Comp

  • Umbrella

  • Cargo

• Handle carrier relations with Lancer, Progressive, American Millennium, and more

• Maintain accurate records using AMS360

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience (Transportation experience strongly preferred)

• P&C License (required)

• Proficiency with AMS360

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
