Job Summary
A Senior Claims professional is sought to support the growth of the organization and address the evolving needs of the team. This role is pivotal in bridging the experience gap within the department, offering expertise and leadership to complement a workforce that includes both early-career professionals and those nearing retirement. The position involves working with a variety of claims accounts, contributing to the success of the organization through effective claims management and client interaction.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $105,000
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits

- Remote Work: Hybrid
- Travel: Occasional travel to visit local clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of claims accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide expert guidance on claims handling and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local office staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the claims department.
- Support the training and mentorship of less experienced team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management.
- Strong understanding of claims processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to handle a variety of claims accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with claims management software is preferred.
- Licensure or designations relevant to the claims industry are a plus.
