Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid
Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Annual discretionary bonus and commissions on new business

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors
- Manage accounts ranging from $100,000 to $700,000 in size, with an average book of $5 million
- Handle all aspects of servicing accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (80% new, 20% renewal)
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors
- Work Ethic: Ability to manage accounts independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
