Commercial Lines Account Manager (Marketing Focus)

Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong emphasis on marketing to support commercial insurance operations within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Market and service commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurance carriers
  • Support the growth and development of an expanding business segment through collaboration and strategic support
  • Ensure timely, accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and related documentation
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly
  • Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, leadership, and accountability

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lines account management and marketing
  • Proficiency with agency management software and document management systems, including AMS360 and ImageRight
  • Relevant educational background preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated, dependable, team-oriented, and demonstrates natural leadership qualities
  • Maintains a professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

 

Compensation Package

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility beginning in the second year
