Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Agent to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment within a rapidly expanding organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Compensation Package

Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

Manage commercial lines accounts as a generalist, handling a variety of account sizes and types
Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account retention
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; 2-5 years preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems
