Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Location: Nassau County, NY
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility 
Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Our client, a rapidly growing national insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join their expanding Nassau County office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and issue Certificates of Insurance in a timely manner

  • Handle endorsement and policy change requests

  • Submit loss run requests and manage follow-up communications

  • Assist in preparing insurance recommendations and summaries

  • Maintain and update client records within Applied EPIC

  • Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail, especially in Excel

  • Support Account Managers on large, complex accounts, particularly in real estate (a plus!)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior experience in a Commercial Lines insurance agency

  • Exposure to large accounts, particularly real estate risks, is highly preferred

  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational skills and a team-player attitude

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service

  • Active P&C license is a plus
