Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus commission
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Work Environment: Fully remote (Midwest and East regions only: OH, KY, PA)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and market all new business policies to various carriers, including but not limited to Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, AMtrust, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, and Western Reserve.
  • Handle a high volume of leads (approximately 1,200 monthly) and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Quote and shop 100% new business policies to the market.
  • Collaborate with a team of intellectual and tech-savvy professionals in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Act with urgency and maintain a customer-focused approach to meet new business goals and commission targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance marketing or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software is required.
