Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $250,000, based on experience and book size.
  • Commission Structure:
    • New Business: 40%
    • Renewals: 20%
    • Post-validation (3-4 years): 65%/15%

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a personal book of business by developing strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various verticals, including but not limited to real estate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage company resources to deliver exceptional client solutions.
  • Actively participate in sales and retention meetings, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are required.
  • Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from new producers to seasoned professionals. A proven track record of building and managing client relationships is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on generating new business.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
