Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and a proven track record in commercial lines insurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in soliciting new business, servicing accounts, and fostering relationships with insurance companies.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
Solicit new business through phone calls, in-person meetings, and other outreach methods
Service existing accounts, including handling endorsements and certificates
Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure optimal solutions for clients
Manage a book of business with a diverse range of account sizes
Focus on generating new business while managing a small portion of renewals
Utilize agency management software for account management and quoting

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or Account Manager
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional client service
