Commercial Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Compensation Package
- Entry-Level to Junior Licensed (3-7 years of experience):
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $110,000
- Book of Business (BoB): Not required initially
- Sign-On Bonus: Not included
- Mid-Market (3-7 years of experience):
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $180,000
- BoB: $100,000 - $500,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $25,000
- Experienced Producers (7+ years of experience):
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
- BoB: $500,000+
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 - $100,000
Additional Benefits:
- Transition from salary to commission-based compensation by year 3

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with market leads and senior management to align sales strategies with company goals
- Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-sufficient approach to building and managing a book of business
- Stay informed about industry trends and carrier offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in commercial sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of general account types and familiarity with industry carriers
- Proficiency in AMS260 and Salesforce software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented with a hunger to succeed
- Ability to work independently while receiving support and guidance from the team
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed revenue targets
