An opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a specialized niche. The role involves developing and managing a pipeline of prospects, securing new business, and contributing to revenue growth. The position is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in commercial insurance, particularly those with expertise in areas such as commercial manufacturing, shoreside marine, inland marine, ocean marine, or aviation. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment and potential for remote work for highly experienced candidates.
Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary starting at $65,000 and above, based on experience and niche specialization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the chosen niche.
- Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct weekly commission growth meetings with the Director of Revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the specialized niche to establish credibility and drive business growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proficiency in EPIC software.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following niches:
- Commercial manufacturing
- Shoreside marine (inland or ocean marine)
- Aviation
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships within the specialized niche.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a hybrid/remote environment.
