Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join a growing team as a Commercial Lines Producer.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on trust and personalized service
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and retain existing clients
Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client support
Travel locally to meet with clients and prospects as needed
Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner

Qualifications/Requirements

For Entry-Level Candidates:

Recent college graduate or early-career professional with a strong sales personality
Willingness to work onsite full-time during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

For Experienced Candidates:

Proven track record as a validated producer in Commercial Lines
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the start
Strong understanding of the local market and ability to build trust within the community

General Requirements:

Local residency or strong ties to area (Decatur, Bloomington, Washington, or Peoria preferred)
Ability to travel locally as required
