# Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will utilize your strong sales and negotiation abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring their insurance needs are met.

# Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial insurance clients.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products and coverage plans.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients and negotiate terms and coverage limits.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure coverage and ensure policy issuance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance products to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

# Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in analyzing clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable products.
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.

# Day-to-day
- Prospecting for new commercial insurance clients through various channels.
- Meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs and present customized solutions.
- Collaborating with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Keeping abreast of industry updates and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
