Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer (Up to 4 Openings)

Location: Remote

We're a fast-growing, dynamic insurance agency managing a $5M Commercial Lines and $4M Personal Lines book, writing business in 25 states. With a tight-knit team of four full-time professionals, we're looking to double our book over the next few years—and we're ready to invest in the right talent to make that happen.

About the Opportunity:
We're seeking up to four experienced Commercial Lines Producers with the confidence to hit the ground running. You’ll be joining a supportive agency that provides full back-office support, a flexible work environment, and a healthy, uncapped commission structure. You’ll never need to step foot in the office—unless you want to.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A current or former agency owner who recently sold and wants to stay involved

  • A producer with 3–10 years of experience and an existing book

  • Someone looking for a fresh start or laid off due to downsizing

  • Licensed in P&C and doesn’t require hand-holding

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a sales-driven mindset

  • Confident with a clear plan to bring in $750K–$1M in first-year sales

Types of Accounts:

  • Middle-market commercial lines accounts (varied industries)

  • Focused territories: PA, NJ (No NY business)

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing relationships to grow a profitable book of business

  • Develop and execute a personal business development plan

  • Collaborate with internal account managers and support teams

  • Maintain client relationships and provide excellent service post-sale
