Job Summary

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, and underwrite property risks.
• Develop tailored solutions for each risk, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
• Analyze and assess risks, exclusions, and coverage options to provide optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless underwriting processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative workplace culture that values teamwork and innovation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property underwriting (7+ years is ideal).
• Industry Background: Must have experience working with a carrier.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, exclusions, and risk assessment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
