Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and self-driven efforts.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, focusing on accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to gather necessary information for quoting new and renewal business.
  • Provide tailored risk management solutions to clients in industries such as construction, industrial, and distribution.
  • Represent the company professionally in interactions with C-suite executives and other high-level decision-makers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial sales, with a proven track record of handling accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ImageRight and Sagitta software preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and independently.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-level executives.
  • Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
