Job Posting: Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Hybrid - Allentown, PA
Start Date: ASAP


Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a designated book of business. This position requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex accounts, lead client communications, support producers, and mentor team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business for commercial clients, serving as their day-to-day contact

  • Perform renewal marketing, policy reviews, and answer coverage inquiries

  • Identify client risk exposures and market renewals 90โ€“120 days in advance

  • Work with producers to select carriers and obtain competitive quotes

  • Participate in client meetings, renewal negotiations, and claim reviews

  • Ensure timely, accurate processing of policy changes, endorsements, and audits

  • Provide mentorship to Account Managers and Assistants

  • Collaborate with Claims Manager on open claims

  • Prepare loss summaries and other reports as needed

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors


Required Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License

  • 5+ years of commercial lines experience

  • Knowledge of industries such as transportation, construction, and hospitality

  • Familiarity with Epic and CSR24 systems (preferred)


Compensation & Benefits:
