Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a designated book of business. This position requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex accounts, lead client communications, support producers, and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a book of business for commercial clients, serving as their day-to-day contact

Perform renewal marketing, policy reviews, and answer coverage inquiries

Identify client risk exposures and market renewals 90โ120 days in advance

Work with producers to select carriers and obtain competitive quotes

Participate in client meetings, renewal negotiations, and claim reviews

Ensure timely, accurate processing of policy changes, endorsements, and audits

Provide mentorship to Account Managers and Assistants

Collaborate with Claims Manager on open claims

Prepare loss summaries and other reports as needed

Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors
Required Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License

5+ years of commercial lines experience

Knowledge of industries such as transportation, construction, and hospitality

Familiarity with Epic and CSR24 systems (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
